The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is collaborating with Washington City to conduct an environmental impact statement (EIS) that will evaluate transportation needs and develop alternative solutions between Exit 10/Green Spring Drive and Exit 13/Washington Parkway. The study began in summer 2017 and is scheduled to continue for approximately 18-24 months.
While comments will be formally solicited during each environmental milestone (Scoping, Alternatives, Draft EIS), members of the public are encouraged to provide feedback on transportation needs within the study area at any time via email or on the interactive map.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this study are being or have been carried-out by UDOT pursuant to 23 USC 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated January 17, 2017, and executed by FHWA and UDOT.
